We had an incredible weekend this past weekend. Friday night we did a date night "in" and rented movies and ordered pizza. Saturday morning we started out our day with the Denver Metro Dash. It was a 4.8 mile run through downtown Denver with checkpoints. You had to find your own way through the city to each checkpoint, complete the task, then move on. It was very fun, perfect weather, and now we are both slightly sore.
Saturday night we went to a Rugby game of a friend of ours then off to Oktoberfest to meet Laura and Shawn downtown. We got there, ate tons of german food, and relaxed. We didn't stay long for we were exhausted from the Metro Dash.
Today we spent all day at the Denver Zoo with Kris's parents....it was yet again a perfect day out!
